Cancellation Policy

Please cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled service. If not, you may be charged for the service or may be counted as a pick-up. BILLING POLICIES: PLEASE READ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Monthly invoices are sent out the first of every month and have a 14 day grace period. Weekly / bi-weekly invoices are sent out that day or next day following service and have a 7-10 day grace period. If you have not paid invoice within the allotted grace period, you may receive a 3% late fee. Any invoices past due more than 15/30 days will have services suspended and not resumed until fully paid. SERVICE POLICIES: PLEASE READ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Service areas or yards of average size are considered to be 1/8 - 1/4 of an acre. Larger areas are subject to additional pickup fees. Please ensure gates and any security measures are accessible during the scheduled service time. Please keep your pets indoors or secure in a separate area during the service. If we can not access area being serviced, it may count as a pick-up. Weather may affect service times and dates. In the event of inclement weather(snow/ice) for days/weeks at a time, you will still be charged for your subscription. However, since you have a subscription with our company, we guarantee your yard will be serviced as soon as the weather breaks. During the warmer months, we spray Simply Green(Bio Dog) yard deodorizer with a citronella scent. It comes complimentary with your service plan and is eco/pet/child friendly. We do stop spraying after the first frost. Please let us know if your pet has any allergies or do not want your yard sprayed. Please allow 5-10 minutes to fully dry in sprayed areas. We clean and sanitize equipment between yards to prevent cross contamination. We respect your privacy and will not share any of your personal information.
