Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled service. If not, you may be charged for the service or may be counted as a pick-up. SERVICE POLICIES: PLEASE READ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Please ensure gates and any security measures are accessible during the scheduled service time. Please keep your pets indoors or secure in a separate area during the service. If we can not access area being serviced, it may count as a pick-up. Weather may affect service times and dates. In the event of inclement weather(snow/ice) for days/weeks at a time, you will still be charged for your subscription. However, since you have a subscription with our company, we guarantee your yard will be serviced as soon as the weather breaks. During the warmer months, we spray Simply Green(Bio Dog) yard deodorizer with a citronella scent. It comes complimentary with your service plan and is eco/pet/child friendly. Please let us know if your pet has any allergies or do not want your yard sprayed. Please allow 15-30 minutes to fully dry in sprayed areas. We clean and sanitize equipment between yards to prevent cross contamination. We respect your privacy. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us first and allow us to make it right.
